Opus @ Ocean Club East

Location: Grace Bay

Ambiance: simple, inviting, yet also elegant, indoor and outdoor dining in a secluded spot that offers some romantic vibes in the garden area while also managing not to feel too touristy

Best Bet for Live Music: Thursday evenings from 7pm to about 9:30

Recent Lineup: Quinton Dean (Thur)

Food & Drink: an elegant dinner menu with an impressive selection of fresh seafood options plus other classic entrees - steak, lamb, veggie curry to name a few - in addition to some delightful appetizers. Coupled with an impressive wine list and thoughtful cocktails plus a Caribbean night on Tuesdays with a $55 pp set menu (ex. taxes), Opus should be on your list if you are looking for an inviting fine dining experience or simply some lovely apps and a glass of wine in the sizable bar area (food and drink menu).

Happy Hour: TBD

Insider Tip #1: one of the only nicer restaurants – along with Seven, the Farm, Almond Tree, and perhaps Parallel 23 (if the adjacent L’Attitude bar counts) - with a notable bar area to hang out, grab a nibble or a counter meal. Probably why you can expect to find a mix locals and expats here in addition to the tourist crowd

Insider Tip #2: weather permitting, Quinton Dean normally sets up outside so be sure to book a table in the beautiful garden area outside to properly enjoy his tunes on Thursday evenings

Beautiful bar area, gorgeous outdoor seating lit by candles and romantic lighting or on a hot night, choose a table inside in the AC. Go on Thursday evening and enjoy the perfect dinner accompaniment, Quinton Dean on his guitar. With such a lovely, inviting feel, it’s no wonder locals and expats frequent Opus too.
