Ambiance: Both relaxed and upbeat – enjoy the laid back island vibe from breakfast to dinner. Simply kick back and enjoy a casual meal or if you fancy grab your partner and dance to the music Tuesday and Fridays

Best Bet for Live Music: Tuesday from about 5:00-8:30pm (includes during manager’s happy hour for resort guests) and Friday evenings from 7 to 10pm

Food & Drink: selection of seafood and meat entrees or try the tuna tartare salad or their crab cakes for a lighter meal (menu)

Insider Tip #1: go on Tuesdays for their rib special (a whole rack for $30; half rack also available) and live music

Insider Tip #2: open daily 8am to 10pm - if you go for an early dinner know it is the lunch menu until 5:30 and then the dinner menu from 5:30pm onward

Insider Tip #3: if you are going for the live music be sure to tell them when you make your reservation and request a table accordingly - you can sit practically next to the musicians or if you prefer dinner with lovely background music, choose the deck that is a bit further away

A casual dinner vibe, generally with more lively energy than you will find at other restaurants, plus sunset views from their pier-like patio seating. A night at Hemingways will vary based on the crowd but with live music on Tuesdays with the vocals of Julian Garland and Fridays with the renowned guitar skills of Quinton Dean don't be surprised if you find yourself up to dance for a song or two as the evening carries on.

“Located at the Sands Resort, has many resident customers as well, so best to reserve ahead. Great deck to watch the sunset, some covered tables near the TV always on sport and the bar. Very efficient and friendly service: a great choice for family and casual dinners with friends. They have Live music a couple if nights a week that tend to be very crowded, but fun.”
