Ambiance: laid back luxury with an effortless beachside vibe - which means while you can walk here straight from the beach expect to find many dressed looking a bit Tulum chic as they unwind to the chilled out music, captivating sunsets, classy cocktails, and beach-ey Hamptons meets LA bar and lounge area

Best Bet for Live Music: this season has live music currently Thursday through Sunday from 6 to 9pm (in the winter) and from 6:30pm (in the summer months) - plus one of the top TCI DJs on Friday nights (note: last season music was every night, waiting to see if more nights will be added as the season progresses)

Food & Drink: enjoy their extensive raw bar menu, a large selection of bar nibbles (that are far from your typical bar snacks) - think smoked mushroom tartare ($18) or dry aged beef tartare ($21), truffle fries ($17), snapper kinilaw ($20), crab and shrimp melt ($28), artisanal cheese ($30) to name a few - or tuck into a handcrafted pizza. If you are hungrier, order from the restaurant menu (bar and restaurant menus)

Insider Tip #1: you can order the full dinner menu from the bar area so don’t be afraid to pull up a seat at the Infiniti bar as the sun sets and lose track of time, your options will be open

Insider Tip #2: the pizzas on the bar menu are some of the best on the island - margherita ($20), gamberetto e scamorza, funghi, salami, or proscuittio e aged parmigiano ($29) - and sometimes the perfect thin crust pizza is exactly the effortless meal you need on your holiday

While the sunsets from the Infiniti Bar are some of the island's best, the setting once the sun goes down is equally impressive. With live music several nights a week - grab a seat at the 90 ft Infiniti Bar or cozy up in their lounge seating and enjoy the music and atmosphere. For those who have booked a sit down dinner, you will still get to enjoy the tunes in the background.

“No better Setting! From the gorgeous bar to the overhead lighting to the live music, you'll love it even before the drinks arrive. My cocktail was delicious and my lobster tail was perfectly cooked. My husband and kids shared the steak for 2 which, also, was perfectly cooked and had the most yummy sauces. We all LOVED!”
